Supported Living arrangements are apartments/single-family homes for up to three (3) related or unrelated persons with developmental/intellectual disabilities. Each person is supported through the 1915 DDA Medicaid Home and Community Based Waiver (HCBS). Supported Living arrangements constitute a good option for people who are seeking to live more independently and with a limited number of housemates.

Such services include, but are not limited to, Bereavement Counseling, Family Counseling, Fitness Trainer, Nutrition, Occupational Therapy, Physical Therapy, Speech Therapy, etc. These clinical services are determined on an as-needed basis and there is no limitation to the amount or level of services needed/provided.
