Iya Homes & Community Solutions, LLC (IHCS) is an organization with earnest intents and established records of providing essential and ethical supports for people who have been psychologically diagnosed and are living with intellectual and/or developmental disabilities. We are supported by licensed professionals with extensive habilitative, clinical, and medical experiences in working with people in the Human Service field.
As a community-based services provider, we render services without walls. Each location for IHCS will be community-based and fully integrated. All office spaces, training facilities, and other places where services are provided will be accessible by all, especially those receiving services and their circle of supports.
IHCS utilizes community resources, such as public transportations, libraries, recreation centers, parks, churches, offices, shopping malls, work opportunities, and other community-based activities and/or opportunities to meet the individualized needs of people we support.
This provides supported people with the greatest amount of personal freedom and autonomy while addressing his functional, emotional, and social needs. It also provides a sense of satisfaction and security for the involved family members, guardians, and support team. They will have confidence knowing that their family member is being supported by qualified and quality staff professionals with experience on how to give care with love as their personal conviction.

We serve people who are eligible for the HCBS waiver program in the District of Columbia.
A person must first be determined eligible for DDA, then, they must meet the following criteria to be eligible for the HCBS Waiver program:
- Be at least 18 years of age or older.
- Meet the required level of care.
- Be Medicaid eligible.
- Have chosen HCBS waiver services over institutional care.
Note: Participation in the HCBS waiver is entirely voluntary.
